Deep by Kylie Scott

 Blurb:
Positive. With two little lines on a pregnancy test, everything in Lizzy Rollins' ordinary life is about to change forever. And all because of one big mistake in Vegas with Ben Nicholson, the irresistibly sexy bass player for Stage Dive. So what if Ben's the only man she's ever met who can make her feel completely safe, cherished, and out of control with desire at the same time? Lizzy knows the gorgeous rock star isn't looking for anything more permanent than a good time, no matter how much she wishes differently.

Ben knows Lizzy is off limits. Completely and utterly. She's his best friend's little sister now, and no matter how hot the chemistry is between them, no matter how sweet and sexy she is, he's not going to go there. But when Ben is forced to keep the one girl he's always had a weakness for out of trouble in Sin City, he quickly learns that what happens in Vegas, doesn't always stay there. Now he and Lizzie are connected in the deepest way possible...but will it lead to a connection of the heart?

My Review: 5 Stars!!
Ben, Ben, Ben.... Where to start with this sexy beast. Mmmm... I fully admit that I hadn't gotten around to reading this series but after seeing the cover to Deep my interest was definitely peaked. I blew through the first three books in less than a week and I couldn't wait to get my grubby little hands on Ben. Because... as the hashtag floating around Twitter and Facebook said #F_ckyeahBen. *sighs* As much as I couldn't wait to read Deep, I was a bit concerned because I wasn't sure how he would compare to my first love, Mal. And although Mal did steal the show a time or two in Deep,
Ben more than made up for it. He was sweet, protective, possessive and sexy as hell! You know, all the yummy things that we love about alphas. Now don't get me wrong, there was a time or two (or three) that I wanted to give him a good throat punch for the way that he was treating Lizzy.

At first glance Ben just seems a bit shallow to me, he just wants to be left alone, free to come and go as he pleases, playing music whenever and wherever and hooking up with random one night stands. He does try to do right by Lizzy though, promising to be there for her every step of the way through her pregnancy. Unfortunately, he has moments of panic and backtracks from those promises, hence my desire for wanting to throat punch him. But as the book progresses and he FINALLY stops running from his feelings, we get to see the real Ben. And let me tell you, how much sexier than hell he becomes when he finally opens himself up completely to Liz. We get to see that he is not shallow at all, he has an amazing depth of emotion. And the ending? I was seriously worried that he was going to be too late realizing his feelings and end up losing Liz forever but OMG.... Yeah, just you wait... *sighs*
Best. Declaration. Of. Love. Ever.

Liz was awesome, for as much as Ben flip flopped on her she kept steady, determined to be the best mom to her little "bean" She never gave into depression and never pressured Ben for more. She had an amazing amount of strength that I loved and have to admit that I would never had the patience that she had while dealing with Ben's mood swings.

Deep was a phenomenal ending to an amazing series and as sad as I am that it's over, I am very excited to read Vaughn's book in Kylie's upcoming spinoff, The Dive Bar series! If you love broody, sexy, bearded rock stars and sassy, smart mouthed heroines I highly recommend you grab yourself a copy of Deep!
